Jennifer Byrne

Ms. Byrne is both a certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor. Jen completed her yoga alliance certification at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox Massachusetts. She has also had the opportunity to study with many with nationally recognized Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Kripalu teachers.
Her background includes a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and over five years of experience in the clinical setting at a local out-patient physical therapy clinic assisting with patient care and program development.

One of Jen’s greatest passions is health and wellness, and living a balanced and holistic life. Jen loves working one-on-one with an individual in developing lifestyle programs that include yoga, health and fitness, and nutrition to encourage and enable the individual to live a healthy, balanced, and more whole life.
Her draw to yoga is the connection of mind, body, and spirit and the way yoga beautifully aids in the strengthening and deepening of each of those areas.
