Our Atmosphere
Classes at the Armenta Studio are transforming but in a casual atmosphere and with individual attention. We will work hard, sweat a lot, laugh, and have fun connecting with new, like-minded people. Making you feel happy with the class results and satisfied with your monetary investment.
Our large dance studio (600 sq ft), fully equipped, will enhance your fitness experience and make you feel comfortable in a very supportive non-competitive environment.
The Armenta Studio is located in one of Grand Rapids’ few “green” buildings. Building green sustains the environment and is good for the planet due to energy efficiency and sustainable building practices.

What to bring to class?
We suggest that you wear light, comfortable clothing in which you can move easily, regular workout clothes (please no jeans or baggy T-shirts). A towel, you might want to bring gloves to grab the dumbbells, and make sure you bring water it is good to stay hydrated! You can buy bottled water for $1.00. Of course please bring positive energy!
Full Mighty Class Etiquette...
• Arrive few minutes before class begins. Warm-up is very important; do not skip it.
• Chewing gum is NOT allowed in any class at the Armenta Studio.
• Beepers and cell phone ringers are not welcome, please set the vibrating mode or turn them off all together.
• Thank you for breathing, smiling and enjoying your experience.
