Organik Flow Movement Lab, created and led by Laura Armenta, is an immersive workshop for adults 21+ that blends spontaneous movement, guided somatic practices, dance improvisation, contact improvisation, and dance interpretation. 

Drawing on nearly 40 years of professional experience, Laura creates a space for self-expression, creativity, and connection, where participants explore movement prompts that encourage authenticity, mindfulness, and artistic freedom.

Designed for those with basic dance and yoga foundations, the lab fosters body liberation, mental clarity, emotional vitality, and community connection.
